Must have EPIC experience.
Requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS).
Epic experience required.

Description:

THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.
25 beds.
Charting: EPIC.
RN:PT Ratio is 1:7.
Unit requires De-Escalation training through Welle, CPI or PMCS. Best option is listed below:
