Senior Tax Manager

A very well-known CPA firm is looking to add a Senior Tax Manager to their team. This stable and growing organization offers their clients valuable knowledge and expertise in the tax services industry. There is tremendous upside, with a track to Partner and ownership in the firm.

Senior Tax Manager Functions:

Conduct review and have ultimate signing responsibility for more complex tax returns.
Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
Review required communications to clients, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with professional guidelines.
Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staff accountants
Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff.

Senior Tax Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MST/MBT degree is highly desirable
7+ years of experience in public accounting
Prior experience managing tax engagements and signing tax returns
CPA Certificate
Proven ability to prepare and review complex tax returns
Excellent client service and communication skills
Self starter, with strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Senior Tax Manager Compensation:

$150,000-200,000
Excellent benefits package
