Your Day-to-Day

• Operate heavy machinery: bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, scrapers, and more
• Excavate, move, and grade earth; pour concrete and other hard surfaces
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Communicate clearly with your crew and follow all safety protocols
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience with heavy equipment (bulldozers, rollers, excavators, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and physical readiness for hands-on work
• High school diploma preferred
• Bonus: Experience with skid steers, bobcats, and similar equipment

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 6 AM 6 PM or 6 PM 6 AM
• Friday to Monday workweek = more days off midweek
• 7080 hours/week on average = plenty of overtime pay

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
