Production Operator - Meat Processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program Tipper Tie to meet product specifications.
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues as they arise.
• Conduct machine set-up, tear down, and handle style changes.
• Maintain documentation and assist with miscellaneous duties.
• Ensure efficiency and line speed, monitoring performance with the team.
• Flexibly rotate within and across departments as needed.
• Participate actively on the production line.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Address minor breakdowns promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus under pressure.
• Strong self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Competency in physical tasks including lifting, bending, and pulling.
• Dependable with precision and accuracy in work.
• Available to complete tasks until the end of shift, including cleanup.
• Basic math skills and fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent work experience within the last year.
