Location: PA/NJ Region

Pay Range: $80,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of heavy civil construction? We're looking for a Project Engineer who can roll up their sleeves, coordinate the details, and keep projects moving forward safely, efficiently, and profitably.

What You'll Be Doing

  Review, submit, and track all project documentation and submittals

  n

• n

  Design and support field operations with form/pour drawings, pick plans, and utility layouts

  n
n
• n

  Interpret survey data, maps, and blueprints to support project planning

  n
n
• n

  Partner with field crews to manage project costs, schedules, and performance

  n
n
• n

  Visit job sites to verify progress, quality, and safety standards

  n
n
• n

  Prepare cost reports and assist in claim tracking/submission

  n
n
• n

  Stay ahead of deadlines and shifting priorities with smart problem-solving

  n
n

What You Bring

n
• n

  Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related)

  n
n
• n

  At least 5 years' experience in heavy civil construction

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with OSHA practices, QA/QC, and industry best practices

  n
n
• n

  Solid skills in Microsoft Office and project documentation

  n
n
• n

  A valid driver's license and ability to travel within 1-2 hours

  n
n
• n

  Strong communicator who thrives under pressure

  n
n

Nice-to-Haves: OSHA 10, marine construction background
