Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Generate and gather leads, book sales presentations and assist in the implementation and tracking of current Marketing programs. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Responsible for sale of eastbound tour packages and inbound telemarketing for eastbound market. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services. Operationally fulfill the requests of our transient guests by providing assistance with their pre-arrival and post-arrival planning in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner. Work collaboratively with guests and Marriott resources to achieve a high level of service.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
