The role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute a comprehensive product vision while maintaining strong customer focus. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, particularly in technology-driven, AI-powered service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with proven track record

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and communicate strategic offering vision for QuickBooks Live's Tax and compliance domain
• Define and evangelize with leadership and team, long term and mid term product strategy inclusive of product features, business growth plans and capability development levers
• Partner with GTM, Customer Success and Service Delivery teams to define product features, positioning, and delivery plan
• Develop deep customer empathy through research and transform insights into innovative solutions
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to align product strategies with business objectives
• Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of product initiatives
• Cultivate learning and experimentation culture
• Recruit, mentor, and lead product managers team
• Establish and track KPIs
