In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning
- Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance team capabilities
- Utilize technology and innovation to improve service delivery
- Serve as an administrator for the 3DEXPERIENCE SAAS platform
- Facilitate onboarding of new users and provide ongoing support
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively
- Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for project success
- Acting as administrator for 3DEXPERIENCE SAAS platform
- Onboarding and training new users on the platform
- Supporting and troubleshooting 3DEXPERIENCE and SOLIDWORKS
- Utilizing advanced proficiency in Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE
- Leading testing and validation of processes and products
- Experimenting with SOLIDWORKS automation using VBA
- Evaluating PDM/PLM platforms like Autodesk Upchain and Windchill
- Coaching and collaborating with associates

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
