An established and forward-thinking engineering consultancy is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to lead complex and high-impact projects across Texas. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced geotechnical professional to step into a leadership role within a growing and dynamic team.

• Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and environmental projects
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers
• Support business development efforts through client engagement and proposal development
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
  

• Infrastructure: highways, bridges, transit systems
• Commercial & Industrial: manufacturing facilities, data centers, high-rise developments
• Environmental & Energy: landfills, renewable energy sites, remediation projects
  

• Clear progression to senior leadership or technical principal roles

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• PE license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in geotechnical design and project management
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
