Overview

Join to apply for the General Manager starting at $55k+ Bonus role at McDonald's. This position is with an independently owned franchisee and not McDonald's USA. Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leaders to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve their Departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future success.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
