You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides excellent food and a friendly customer experience. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientations, executing training plans, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
