General Manager

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager to join our team to support our client in Bloomington, MN. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations in a corporate setting supporting our food service operations including retail caf, office coffee, micro markets, catering services and food production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage front-line staff in providing exceptional customer service
• Complete daily kitchen inspections
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation to all customers served
• Implement new programs and systems to support our food service operations
• Maintain HACCP and safety standards for the operation
• Maintain Sodexo's cash handling standards, accounting, and reporting processes
• Prepare operating reports and compile unit data for our client
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships

Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Demonstrated experience in retail food service operations and catering
• Previous experience in a corporate setting highly desired
• Strong leadership and communications skills
• HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification
