What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and compliance with AutoZone’s safety requirements are essential for responsible vehicle operation.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive parts is necessary.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise effectively.

You’ll Stand Out If You Have:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail Experience: Previous experience in automotive retail is advantageous.
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus for the safe handling and transportation of regulated materials.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial clients and DIY shoppers, providing professional automotive advice.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to foster strong customer relationships.
• Efficiency Focus: Maintain timely and accurate delivery operations while adhering to company policies.
• Delivery Operations: Ensure safe and prompt deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers using company vehicles.
• Returns & Pickups: Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Payment Processing: Handle customer payments securely in line with company policies.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about promotions and automotive offerings, and maintain delivery vehicles by reporting any issues promptly.
