General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training

Orientation and on-the-job training provided.

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; good eye-hand coordination for rapid, precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees (cooler) to 90+ degrees in some areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work areas and outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Varying weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.

• Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
• Depth perception.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position; work surfaces vary in height from 36" to 48".
• Walking: Short distances for short durations; delivery personnel travel between store and delivery vehicle and to customer locations.
• Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Deliveries and stock may weight up to 50 pounds; cases are lifted from floor to shelves up to 72".
• Carrying: Large cans and heavy containers are carried; pizzas, dough trays and other items are carried over short distances.
• Pushing: Move trays on dollies; typical force is modest but requires effort.
• Climbing: Occasional stairs or ladders for price changes or maintenance; delivery may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.
• Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station and front counter.
• Crouching/Squatting: Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: Reaching overhead and in front; includes turning oven controls and fetching items from shelves.
• Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, potentially several deliveries per shift.
• Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids: Pencils, pens, computers, calculators, phones, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
• Driving Specific Job Duties: Deliver product by car and to customer doors; distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Requires: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
