General Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborer/technician to join our Surfacing Team. This role involves preparing surfaces, operating tools and equipment, and assisting with the installation and finishing of surfaces, concrete/asphalt, or other surfacing materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with surface preparation.
• Operate hand and power tools
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Support paving, sealing, or concrete pouring operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Familiarity with basic tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Must be able to be badged for FLETC

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Brunswick,GA.
