General Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Facilities Maintenance Technician to service and maintain commercial food equipment across retail locations. This is a direct placement opportunity with long-term career potential, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of food equipment including ovens, fryers, slicers, and rotisserie ovens.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service logs.
- Train store associates on proper equipment care and cleaning procedures.
- Respond to service calls during regular hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld and cross-contamination risks are minimized.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with store teams and leadership.
Essential Skills
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and food equipment maintenance.
- Strong documentation and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Clean driving record required.
- Must be willing to submit background check and 10-panel drug screen.
- Candidates must not have applied to this client in the past 30 days or failed the assessment in the past 90 days.
- Must be willing to attend a weeklong training in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
