Join our dynamic team as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, where your creative flair will make a significant impact on our customer experiences. In this role, you will assist in guiding and executing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store leadership with visual and merchandising planning and execution
• Implement visual presentation standards consistently to reflect corporate guidelines
• Update merchandise displays based on product availability and sales performance
• Enhance visual and merchandise presentations throughout all store areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of visual components and storage areas
• Oversee the installation, timing, and removal of visual merchandising initiatives in collaboration with store leadership
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs focusing on visual priorities and merchandise presentation
• Work with the District Visual Lead to share feedback and align with company strategies
• Follow product protection measures to minimize loss
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members
• Engage with customers throughout the store, ensuring a friendly and helpful shopping experience

Required Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willing to travel occasionally for new store openings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail or the service industry is a plus

Compensation: $16.65 - $26.15 per hour
