As a Traveling Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring we meet the needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays, resetting shelves with strategic product rotations, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. • You are comfortable and enthusiastic about interacting with customers and management
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to meet work location needs
• You excel in customer service and have strong interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• You are interested in traveling within and outside your home state, including overnight hotel stays
• You are a motivated self-starter who demonstrates a strong commitment to action and results
• You can work independently while also building successful team dynamics
• You possess a safety-first mindset necessary for a retail environment
