What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
• Create and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to achieve quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory standards
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and kept current

Qualifications:

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in your practicing state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
