Your Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice guidelines
Help identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee quality patient outcomes
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and current

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
Strong communication and organization skills
