Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional challenges.
- Develop and execute personalized care plans tailored to each patient.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation to comply with regulatory standards.
- Ensure that all necessary physician orders are current and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state where you practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
