Your Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice guidelines
Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate evaluations and referrals with the PT
Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation to comply with all regulatory standards
Ensure that all physician orders are current and properly maintained

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the relevant state
Strong communication and organizational skills
