This Engineering position can be filled at the Entry, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer level. Please review the minimum qualifications outlined below for each level.
Expected Salary Range:
- Entry-Level - $85,000
- Mid-Level - $90,000 - $110,000
- Senior Level - $117,000 - $143,000
These ranges are annual salaries based on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The role involves executing engineering and technical tasks under supervision to support nuclear plant operations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure that all engineering products meet applicable safety analyses, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform engineering and technical tasks as directed by supervision.
- Support various engineering functions.
- Fulfill any additional job assignments and duties as directed by management, which may include Emergency Response duties, coverage for departmental responsibilities, and support during outage activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Entry Level Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear)
- Must meet access requirements for unescorted access and pass necessary medical examinations and tests relevant to the position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Mid-level Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) plus 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
- Must meet access requirements for unescorted access and pass necessary medical examinations and tests relevant to the position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Senior Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
- Must meet access requirements for unescorted access and pass necessary medical examinations and tests relevant to the position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineer in Training Certification.
