Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
- Design and implement tailored care plans
- Collaborate with team members to achieve quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation to meet regulatory standards
- Ensure all physician orders are obtained and current
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current Physical Therapist license in your state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
