Job Description: Clinic Director & Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) Full-Time | Outpatient Ortho Start-Up | Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy
Location: Flexible we'll partner with you to choose the ideal site for your start-up clinic.
Overview: Ivy Rehab is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist ready to take the next steplaunch and lead your own outpatient ortho clinic as a Clinic Director & Partner. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical leadership with small business ownership, supported by a leading national provider in outpatient therapy.

- Lead and grow your own clinic
- Manage staff and day-to-day operations
- Deliver top-quality patient care
- Collaborating on marketing and business development efforts

Requirements:
- DPT degree
- Current or pending Physical Therapist license
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for patient care and leading/mentoring others
