Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients facing mobility, strength, balance, and functional challenges
- Develop and execute individualized care plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation to comply with regulatory standards
- Ensure all necessary physician orders are current and followed
Qualifications:
- Degree from a recognized APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state you will practice
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
