What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and oversee services, case management, and behavior intervention plans for individuals served.
• Ensure quality of care, compliance, and positive outcomes for individuals and families.
• Develop engaging activities and quality services tailored to each person’s needs.
• Build trusting relationships with families, case managers, and community partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injury, or at-risk youth preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Required state licensure/training (CPR, First Aid, etc.).
• QMRP/QIDDP as required by the state. 
• Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to quality.
