Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients experiencing mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all necessary physician orders are obtained and kept current.
Qualifications:
- A degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current license as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
