Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
- Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
- Maintain documentation to comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and updated as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- New graduates are welcome—mentorship is available!
