What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients facing mobility, strength, balance, and functional challenges
- Develop and implement tailored care plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality outcomes for patients
- Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory guidelines
- Ensure all requisite physician orders are obtained and current
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
