Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients dealing with functional, cognitive, and ADL challenges.
- Design and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve quality outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure all necessary physician orders are current and obtained.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
- CERTIFIED by NBCOT as an OTR, if mandated by state regulations.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
