Shift: Day Shifts - 12 Hours

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Salary Range: $21 - $25.50

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents in long-term care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering age-appropriate care tailored to residents' physical and psychological needs.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Obtaining and recording vital signs while communicating changes in residents' conditions.
• Providing support during meals and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
• Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
• Must be at least 16 years old, with prior clinical experience preferred.
• CNA certification required; training and certification will be provided if needed.
• Commitment to ongoing education with a minimum of 12 hours annually.
