Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Full-Stack Java and AWS Cloud Developer with min 10+ years' experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Location: Anywhere within US (2 days/week work from CTS office)

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Full stack Java, Java AWS Cognito, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, AWS CloudFormation, AWS code pipeline
• Design and transform the solution architecture into application capabilities.
• Take the ownership on the deliverables and drive with client
• Good to have exposure to Banking Intelligence but not mandatory.
• Participate in client meetings to understand and prioritize the business requirements. Focus on the business domain using domain driven design.
• Create high-level design documents like application horizons, use-cases, activity diagrams, data-maps, schema designs, database designs etc.
• Leading the project technicalities with Microservices Architecture on Cloud and on premises.
• Bringing the quality gates, including secure coding, code coverage, code format templates etc.
• Lay the code branching, code merging and code commit policies
• Mentoring and guiding the peers to achieve the deliverables.
• Orchestrating the deliverable deployments, release notes.
• Root cause analysis with the help of application monitoring and log analysis and addressing the critical production issues post production.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337$140,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
