Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision and development of the Connect platform, simplifying ISP procurement and management.
- Build and scale complex technical products that seamlessly integrate hardware and software elements.
- Collaborate across the stack using TypeScript, React, and Go to deliver innovative solutions.
- Work directly with non-technical stakeholders and external partners to align technical goals with business needs.
- Solve challenging integration problems, ensuring the Connect platform delivers exceptional functionality for businesses.
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including time at an early-stage startup.
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex products during growth phases (Series C-E).
- Experience developing solutions that combine hardware and software.
- Familiarity with managing external partnerships and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Go, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development, including API integrations and web application scaling.
- Previous experience as an early engineering hire (e.g., among the first 5-10 engineers at a successful startup).
- Experience as a founder or an early employee in a startup environment.
- Strong product ownership mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
