Fraud Red Team Lead Analyst Vice President

The Info Sec Tech Lead Analyst is a senior level professional position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls, resolving vulnerabilities, analyzing source code, reviewing automated testing results, scanning and analyzing applications, reducing risk by analyzing root causes, and directing the development and delivery of secure solutions. Qualifications include 6-10 years of relevant experience, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, clear and concise written and verbal communication, proven influencing and relationship management skills, and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities include conducting vulnerability testing of every technology and endpoint, overseeing prioritization of which portfolios to test, leading the red team analyst and lead blue team efforts, testing controls to assess effectiveness of fraud detection and prevention systems, and providing recommendations for mitigation of vulnerabilities.
