Shipping Associate

Location: Stockton, CA Schedule: Monday Friday, 4:30 AM 1:00 PM

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team in Stockton, CA. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Purchase Order (PO) numbers for outgoing shipments
• Schedule shipments with carriers and coordinate logistics
• Label boxes accurately according to shipping requirements
• Operate forklifts safely to move and load products
• Maintain organized shipping records and documentation
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure order accuracy
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics role
• Proficiency in creating PO numbers and managing shipment schedules
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and label creation
