CNC Operator

Join our team as a CNC Operator supporting precision aerospace component manufacturing. We're hiring for both first and second shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines (aluminum, titanium, Inconel, steel)
• Assist with setup, part removal, and basic quality checks
• Perform tool inspections, edge break, and deburring
• Maintain clean workstations and support machine upkeep
• Log production activity in ERP system

Requirements:

• Basic CNC operation experience preferred
• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and AS9100 standards a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in CNC operations and blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Availability to work the second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.

Work Environment:

The work environment involves operating advanced CNC machinery in a structured and organized setting. The role requires adherence to safety standards and methods, such as 6S, to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. The position operates during the second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
