JOB SUMMARY:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely picking, moving, and stacking equipment and supplies in the warehouse. This includes manually shrink-wrapping pallets, maximizing product loads, and maintaining a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift. The operator must follow all safety guidelines and complete required training before operating equipment independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate stand-up (Reach/Dock Stocker) and sit-down forklifts to move equipment and supplies.
Pick, stack, and organize products to maximize space and efficiency.
Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare items for shipment or storage.
Use RFC scanners to track inventory and confirm movements.
Follow instructions and safety guidelines as directed by department leads.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to safely lift items over 50 lbs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience, including at least 1 year operating stand-up forklifts (Reach/Dock Stocker).
Forklift certification for Reach, Dock Stocker, or sit-down forklift.
Experience using RF scanners for inventory management.
Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs; team lift required for items over 50 lbs.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Strong attention to safety and warehouse procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience with Raymond stand-up and Toyota sit-down forklifts.
Experience in warehouse organization and inventory control.
