Full-Time Cook

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cook to join our team on a 4-week contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service
• Adapt to varying dietary needs and portion requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a commercial or institutional kitchen preferred (1 year)
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
