Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Manager 2 for Lawton Public Schools in Lawton, OK. The Food Service Manager will work with their team to implement and maintain Sodexo programs/systems/procedures. This is a key leadership role in establishing and maintaining an exceptionally high level of food service operational standards. Lawton Public Schools (LPS) is a premier school district with 25 educational sites in the heart of Southwest Oklahoma. What You'll Do

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• Ensure Sodexo and National School Lunch (NSLP)/USDA standards are met;
• Deliver high quality food service;
• Provide employee training and development;
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic/marketing plans; and
• Create a positive working environment.

What You Bring

• Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
• Has previous experience working within a K-12 environment;
• Have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
• Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
• Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
