Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for The Christ Hospital located in Cincinnati, OH. This position offers great work-life balance working a typical closing shift.

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being.

What You'll Do

1. Oversee food production for caf and patient tray line
2. Handle food ordering and inventory
3. Basic culinary knowledge
4. Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, temperature and tray accuracy
5. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
6. Perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development

What You Bring

• Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement and leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• High volume food service experience
• Manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and have a passion for a high level of customer service
