Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, managing plant resources, and leading a high-performing team to deliver quality products while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of employees to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor and manage the plant's P&L, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and streamline processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the plant operations.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership and employee development.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and safety compliance regulations is preferred.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial performance of the plant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
