Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator Processing to join their team. As a Machine Operator Processing, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Processing

Location: York, PA

Shift: 11pm-7am Sun-Thur

What's the Job?

• Operate processing machinery safely and efficiently to meet product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly, communicating changes to the next shift.
• Monitor equipment and product quality, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output.
• Assist in changeovers, machine setup, and cleaning procedures to support continuous production.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent or relevant experience.
• Some manufacturing experience in a food plant is helpful.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and read/write specifications.
• Must be trained in LOTO procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
