Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated Food Operations Manager 3 to join our team at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, Texas. The Food Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily food service operations for both Patient Dining and Retail Services, ensuring a seamless experience that supports patient health, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff;
• Provide stellar customer service;
• Oversee cash handling processes, and POS programming and maintenance;
• Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed;
• Conduct patient services standard audits;
• Manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily patient services and retail food service operations;
• Manage vendor relationships and compliance; and/or
• Maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place.

What You Bring

• Food service experience;
• Have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;
• Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;
• Exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• Demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
