Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train concessions team members to deliver excellent hospitality.
• Maintain Freddy's quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and safety.
• Monitor sales, food handling, and inventory before, during, and after events.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Review shift schedules, assigning team members to stations for smooth service.
• Efficiently track and manage volunteer attendance and participation.
• Quickly resolve guest concerns and recover service when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming concessions area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service, concessions, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
• Must be 18 years or older.
