• CNA hourly pay: $24 to $33

• Provide exceptional nursing care in post-acute care facilities
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate updates to the nursing team
• Report on residents' vital signs and overall well-being
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing sanitation tasks and changing linens
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Reposition residents and ensure safe transportation within the facility
• Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and family members
• Engage regularly with residents and respond to their needs
• Ensure adherence to care plans for residents, along with all applicable laws and regulations

• Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills for interacting with medical professionals, residents, and families
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
