Fire Alarm Construction Sales Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Construction Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales in the fire alarm and construction market, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of fire alarm systems and services. Your expertise will help us grow our business and meet the needs of our clients in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the fire alarm construction sector.
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing to clients, negotiating terms and contracts as necessary.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through cold calls and networking.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and track sales metrics, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and safety regulations related to fire protection and alarm systems.
  

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the fire alarm or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire protection codes (NFPA, OSHA), and safety regulations.
• Ability to develop proposals and pricing for clients.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with business development and account management.
• Familiarity with various fire alarm manufacturers and systems such as Notifier, Siemens, Honeywell, and others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
