Responsibilities

• As a Senior Associate, work as part of a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Demonstrate PwC Professional skills and responsibilities, including self-awareness, delegation, critical thinking, and communication.
• Use tools to extract insights from industry trends and review work for quality and relevance.
• Apply appropriate tools and explain their use; seek opportunities across different situations and perspectives; build relationships; uphold ethics and business conduct.

As a member of the Risk & Regulatory Advisory team, you will advise financial institutions on a broad range of credit risk management topics including organization and governance; credit process optimization; risk rating model design, build and implementation; and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) processes and tools. You will collaborate on designing and implementing credit risk strategies to address market challenges focused on credit risk.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Degree preferred in Business Administration/Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Demonstrated knowledge in credit risk methodologies (PD, LGD, EAD), underwriting, risk ratings, and related regulatory guidance (CECL, IFRS 9).
• Experience with credit risk tooling/workflows and analytics; familiarity with Moody’s, S&P, nCino and related reporting technologies.
• Formal credit training program completion.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience leading or contributing to credit process redesign initiatives; ability to work with cross-functional teams; strong client relationship skills; ability to present to senior management.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
