This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potentialand we're looking for someone who's ready to hit the ground running.

About the Role:

As a Financial Analyst, you'll be a key player in driving financial clarity and consistency. You'll take ownership of the General Ledger (G/L), support KPI development, and help integrate reporting tools that align with strategic goals. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the General Ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and chart of accounts
• Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the integration of Intellidash (or similar tools) with the G/L
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, AP/AR, and Customer Care teams
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives

What You Bring:

• Proven experience with General Ledger functions and financial reporting
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
