The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of the Company's SEC filings and other financial statements, as well as ensuring compliance with XBRL reporting with industry-standard and regulatory-compliant tagging. In addition, the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will own the preparation of monthly and quarterly cash flow statements, as well as the performance of quarterly impairment procedures. The position offers multiple opportunities to showcase analytical and technical accounting skills to various members of senior management and provides great networking opportunities across The Wendy's Company.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of 10-K and 10-Q filings with the SEC, including financial statement footnotes, Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), and XBRL reporting.
• Preparation and review of the Company's monthly and quarterly cash flow statements for various entities.
• Preparation and review of financial information for investor materials, senior management, lenders and governmental agencies.
• Performance of the Company's quarterly impairment-related processes and preparation of related disclosures.
• Assist with technical accounting research related to new business transactions, as well as application of new FASB pronouncements.
• Perform ad hoc analysis on a regular basis, assist in special projects, identify opportunities for process improvements, and train new team members.
• Reviews external reporting deliverables, ensuring compliance with GAAP & SEC requirements.
• Provides technical accounting guidance as issues/questions arise.

What We Expect From You

• Education required: Bachelors Degree (Additional education information (major, etc.): Accounting)
• Preferred: Certified Public Accountant
• 2-5 years accounting/audit experience with Big 4 firm and/or other relevant financial reporting experience.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.

Pay Range: $77,000 - $131,000 Annually
